2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

100 g cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Shape into small bread rolls or place in a loaf pan.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
