Fluffy Spinach Egg Muffins

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup spinach, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Sauté spinach in butter for 1–2 minutes.
Beat eggs with heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add spinach and cheese, then mix well.
Pour into greased muffin molds.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until fluffy and golden.
